Michael Beyer started his career in real estate after over 15 years as an award-winning teacher and principal in communities across Chicago. As a National Board Certified teacher with a Doctorate in education leadership, Michael brings the same level of dedication, communication, and attention to detail he did serving families and students to selling homes. He’s prepared to help you find a home, and offer the best advice on neighborhood schools. With a Master's degree in art history Michael has a keen eye for helping clients find the style of home they’re looking for. As a former board member of the Chicago Grand Neighbors Association in West Town, one of the hottest real estate markets in the country, Michael understands the complexities of zoning and other real estate issues that can arise in neighborhoods. As a United States Air Force veteran, Michael brings the same level of service and integrity to his clients.
Michael Beyer grew up in Woodstock, Illinois, an idyllic small town northwest of Chicago. He has been married to his wife, Mary, the manager of an art gallery in the West Loop, for 15 years. They are raising two children, Charlie and Cecilia, who attend the Near North Montessori School.
